What a fantastic company and service you run provide. From the moment I entered your store, until my necklace was returned ( ahead of schedule) after cleaning i have thoroughly been pleased and my expectation acceded. Thank you very much . My necklace looks as good now as it did the day it was given me 8 years ago. xx
Came here during Christmas to purchase gifts for my girlfriend. Amazing customer service especially with how busy it was. Asked a staff member to see if they had something in stock for me and ended up going ahead with purchasing it. People at the counter were also lovely and gift wrapped it too.
The guy at the door was nice. Professional staff, and the lady (Z. Afzal?) who served me was really nice and understanding, making sure I found what I needed, wrapped it up nicely and gave me two receipts (normal and a gift receipt) in those little envelopes.
At first when I walked in, no one would help me or the girl I was with, and we were prepared to buy unlike some people in the store browsing. Luckily, Kyle came to the rescue! He was AMAZING! His customer service skills were impeccable. He is so friendly and definitely helpful. 10/10 would visit this store again for Kyle’s fantastic, marvoullous, magnificent service!!!!!
Great customer service, in particular a lady with an American accent. Was very helpful, friendly and positive. Made it a lovely exchange. Every time I've been in it has been a similar service. Free Tiffany jewelry cleaning services great and prompt as well.
Great service. I got given a tiffany beaded bracelet as a birthday present which was unfortunately too small for my wrist. They exchanged it for me with no problems. I exchanged it for a smile bracelet , which after wearing it for a week snapped in half. Once again I went to the store and the lady in aftercare department told me a thin bracelet such as the smile bracelt is not designed for everyday wear?! However she did change it for me so I am happy with that. Then sometime later i went back to the store and got this beautiful soleste ring. Way to go Tiffany, for offering a high level of service and for looking after your customers.
Rosemary is a true professional - super friendly and engaging.
We went in as part of a sales training experiment (to experience luxury selling, as a training tool for us to then share our findings with our own retail sales teams). We had NO intention of purchasing (we didn’t say that), but Rosemary worked her magic and my colleague ended up walking out with a beautiful gold necklace for his wife.
10/10 for Rosemary !!
