The ICC is, quietly simply, immense.
I was here for the EduTechAU conference and walked the whole place about 20 times. Mostly, trying to find coffee. The staff, whilst helpful, didn't have any clue what was happening and would send you off to one end of the building, only to be told to go back to the other end. It certainly helped me meet my step count for the day.
The facilities were clean and well maintained and, if you're there on a conference, I'm sure you'll not be disappointed.
The ICC is an incredible event space. Love the new architecture of the buildings. Been here many times for travel conventions, charity balls, motorcycle shows and general events. The parking can he a bit expensive but on weekends it's not crazy. It's probably worth using the car park so that you don't have to walk from other parking stations which are actually quite far from the convention centre. Alternatively you can also catch the light rail here.
This place is really nice. I went here for the Edutech conference. It was a nice exhibition in a beautiful place. Also very close to the food court in Darling Harbour.
Great new space for the Convention Centre built. Obviously catered to huge amounts of people. Lots of walking required to get to different rooms eg. Pyrmont Room. Some staff are kind yet others are very strict. Seems a bit silly that water is not allowed inside when attending long long workshops. It would help us stay awake!
The International Convention Centre is a great facility. Superbly set up. Theatres excellent.
