I called on the 29/5/18 & left a message, within 20 minutes I received a return call that I missed & a message was left by an employer of the Consulate General, unfortunately for me I could not return the call that day.
I walked into the office today 30/5/18 in Sydney & received a ticket to join the queue, within ten minutes I was sent to a booth and I addressed my request to an employer & my question & query was resolved within 10 minutes. Fantastic service from all the employers that I confronted today, they were all genuinely happy to help me with what ever I asked.

Thank you so much for ur friendly service. I booked the reservation online for tourists visa on 29 March. The booking needs to be confirmed before 27 March, but the mail went directly to the spam mailbox so I couldn’t confirm when I found the mail on 27th. I was super worried cuz the next booking is one month later..and my flight ticket is early May. Fortunately, the staff at the consulate still let me process my application on 29th . Thank god and thank for the consideration of the staff! The officer who deals with my application is also very friendly and told me I won’t see snow on Dolomite mountain at May but its still very beautiful ~ I got a Kindly call from the consulate 5 days later that my passport is ready to be collected! It’s amazingly fast considering it’s Easter holiday period ! Thank you!
